Most amazing customer service. Calling Air Med Heating and AC initially the service was voice impromp selections on setting up a time for service. When I got off the phone. Michelle an owner of the company called right away and we talked about options. The day of the service I was texted letting me know someone is coming. The technician Craig was amazing who is also co owner and he was great. Thank you guys. I will be making sure to have you annually to do the Maintance.

Had our heater go out over the holidays. Eric was out quickly to identify the parts needed to get us going again. Eric and his team ordered the parts and installed on a second visit. Great experience from our first phone call with Michelle through the new unit AC installation. We called Air Med during a very hot day. and they were able to come out the next day, which I was very pleased about. Eric the owner gave us a few options and took his time to thoroughly explain everything. We opted to replace the whole AC unit and we are so happy we did. Eric made sure we were comfortable during the hot days and fixed our AC while we waited for our new unit to come in.
