I’d like to tell the rather arrogant staff at the returns counter: I only shopped here because it’s conveniently close to home—but now I realize that was a really, really bad decision. Earlier this month, I bought an insecticide on your recommendation because there’s a flowering frangipani tree in my yard that attracts a lot of flies—some even come into the house. I sprayed both the front and back yards, but it didn’t help at all. The flies are still all over the place. I thought maybe I didn’t use enough, so I sprayed again a week later—and the bottle is almost empty now. Sadly, there's no improvement. I still chase flies with a swatter every day. The workers there are chit chatting on Wednesday evening. When you ask them, instead of taking you to the spot and helping. I tried to pickup an appliance, so many people on lunch. Inventory is not good. Simple things, like faucet valves are hard to find. Went to Amazon ordered everything there. Poorly managed store.

I always shop at this Lowe after visiting Costco sharing the same parking lot. This is my favorit home improvement store. It is very neat, and more importantly, employees there are so nice.

I have been very satisfied with this location. The store layout is a bit different than other Lowe's stores that I have been to, it goes deep. PVC and other plumbing supplies a are at the back of the store. The times that I needed assistance I have been able to get knowledge help. My last visit the gardening department had a great variety of healthy looking plants to add to my landscaping at reasonable prices.
