Air Medics Heating & Air and Plumbing

I needed a slow leak on my main water line to my house repaired. After, being told by another plumber ( and a $3,300 estimate) I would need to replace the water supply line entirely. Contacted Air Medics. They promised to send a plumber by mid-day Monday. He showed up as promised. Gave me an estimate for the repair along with the proper current code update to the water line. After agreeing, he immediately began digging and quickly found the water leak. He completed the necessary line repair and tested all connections made. He ensured all was working correctly, he tidied up the repair site and even relaid the grass patch to the site. The water line leak was completely repaired within 2 hours from his arrival. He was polite and professional in all aspects of completing my repairs.

We signed up with Air medics for a service plan and very happy we did. Tony was out here quite a while getting our system back up to speed. They were looking rough. He’s just fantastic, very thorough, and really enjoyed talking with him. Gary also came by a couple of times. Enjoy talking with him as well. Very professional, glad we found a company we can trust to keep our systems running their best!

Gary and Connor were great! They were very informative and shared what was wrong with my AC unit and walked me through what they were doing to make sure I understood the process of fixing it. They made sure everything was up and running and even looked around in a few extra places to make sure everything was right. Very nice individuals, they were very personable and informative. 10/10 highly recommend! We will be using them again for any of our needs.

My very old gas furnace stopped working, and it was 53 degrees in my home. Gary picked up the phone, and he was at my home within two hours (after completing another service call). Gary was simultaneously very thorough, fast, and accurate in his diagnostic efforts. He deduced the problem quickly, and he solved it quickly. No expensive parts needed. My faith in humanity has been restored. The unit is now heating perfectly in spite of its age. Customer Service was topnotch. I immediately signed up for a maintenance plan as well. I cannot recommend Air Medics enough!

I’m extremely happy with the service I received. They installed a new water heater. And on a separate occasion, responded quickly to fix a leak at my house the same day. The work was done professionally and efficiently, and everything was explained clearly. Great service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them.
