We used SEED to redo our backyard and build a new deck/screened in porch. They helped us with the design process to make sure the project fit all our needs as well as solved major drainage issues we were having. We were extremely happy with the quality of work and professionalism by all of the employees. They handled any hiccups that came along due to weather right away, and we were always able to get in touch with someone on the team. Highly recommend for your next renovation project!

We are loving our completed screened porch, exterior deck addition and underdecking that Seed provided for us. It has become our favorite space to hang out (mostly this time of the year 🍁 🎃). Seed Development finished our Carriage House 1st floor office, upstairs apartment, and fence after a terrible experience with another builder. They did an amazing job working with the disaster left by first builder and their "GC". Prompt, clean, and on budget, and always cheerful! Communication with Duriel by phone and in Builder Trend was quite efficient for making sure there were no surprises on either side.
