I called Air Now and spoke with Ben for a chance to get on schedule to get my system cleaned up and checked for the winter season. Jimmy the tech showed up on the same day I called for service. Jimmy did an excellent professional job making sure everything was working and cleaned up properly. He also advised me of a part that was about to go out and needed replacing and explained why it needed to be replaced. He showed me up front on his work tablet the price before he proceeded to replace it. The price didn’t change when the invoice was complete so there isn’t any reason to worry about unexpected charges in the end. I’ll be relying on Air Now for all my heating/air needs from here on out.

Jimmy, the technician, was extremely efficient, and also spoke with me with request for any questions about unit or thermostat. He cleaned the unit thoroughly, I side and out. Air Now has been, and will be my choice for HVAC service.

Air Now and their technician Bryce were awesome. They called to ask if they could arrive earlier than my appointment. Having a brain injury from an accident, I ask alot of questions to understand things. Bryce took the time to explain his work as well as how my unit works and what sounds it will make during cold weather to keep it from freezing. Ben was amzing as well. He explained the system in details that I could understand answering every question with respect & professionalism. My brain might not work little "normal" folks' but Air Now employees didn't get aggitated. They took the time to make sure I understood the information they were giving me. Do yourselves a favor and give them a call if you have a need.

Jimmy came to fix our unit on a second call on it . It was green tree frogs getting in the unit and destroyed the circuit board. He did s good job , didn't take long was polite and quick. Thank you all.

Mr. Jimmy went above and beyond to help get everything fixed with my system. I appreciate the exceptional service. Will use Airnow in the future.
