Air Pro Heating & Cooling

We have a new build construction house and we had air pro come out and instruct us how to properly use our heat pump HVAC system. Never had a heat pump system before. David and Eli were amazing and we were able to answer all of our questions and they found several things that our builder didn’t quite do properly or have done properly and they fixed those today. We would recommend air pro to everyone.

On 1/13/26, I placed a call to Air Pro for routine HVAC maintenance service and the installation of a clean-out tee. I spoke with Maxine to arrange the appointment. She was so courteous, professional, and very willing to accommodate my scheduling needs. On the morning of 1/15/26 Eli, the HVAC service technician for Air Pro called me and confirmed the precise time he would be arriving. I very much appreciated the timely notice, as I have dogs, thus giving me time to get them situated. Eli arrived promptly and completed the HVAC service and installation of the tee. He was professional, diligent, and friendly; and Eli’s astuteness was obvious as he was detailed, thorough, and educative in regard to all he had done and the use of the tee. I do recommend Air Pro as their costs are reasonable,

The people at Air Pro are fantastic. I had trouble with one of my units during the recent snow storm and they fit me into there very busy schedule and Eli came out and did a great job on the repairs. He was very courteous and professional and arrived even earlier than I expected. I will definitely continue to use this company in the future.

I left a message for a call back on Friday after they had closed. First thing Monday morning I got the call back and Cameron was at our place later that morning. He replaced a bad capacitor and fixed a broken wire. Prompt and courteous service and at a price that doesn't break the bank! We have been with Air Pro for 10 years and won't go anywhere else.

The best HVAC people around. They are professional and very polite. Several other companies wanted to charge an arm and a leg for the bare minimum. Air Pro went above and beyond for cheaper than everywhere around. We thank you for your service to our community!
