Highly recommend Brooks Malone. We interviewed 5 pool companies for our pool. Each company was given high level must haves (fiberglass, salt, water, auto cover,). Holly was the only one that came prepared with an itemized proposal. Not only did the proposal include the cost for our must haves. It also included some upgrades we may want and why we may want to include them. Upgrades included stamped concrete and pool color. We picked out our pool design and asked if there was someone in the area that had the same pool. Holly reached out to a former customer and we were able to visit that pool to see if that was the one we really wanted . We were so fortunate to find Brooks Malone when we did. They were able to get our pool installed within 3 months of ordering! The installers were nothing but professional, answered all our questions, and were very patient with me as I decided how to layout the concrete. You read horror stories of other pool installers and I couldn't be more thankful for how smooth our process went. They even contracted the fence installer who has come back to address a couple issues. You can call them anytime with a question or concern and they are quick to get back to you. I would recommend to anyone!

From start to finish it was obvious to us that Brooks Malone Pools were truly professionals and the right choice. Everyone worked to make sure the job was done right. This is our fourth pool so we did get other estimates and admittedly Brooks was slightly more expensive, but well worth the difference. My wife makes me tell her everyday, “Honey, yes, your idea to get a pool installed, was a good idea”.
