The staff is pleasant. The services could be priced better. I've used this company for some years- they tend to arrive 30-40 minutes early, which may be nice for some. Would be better if they called first to make sure you're available earlier than scheduled! I was on a zoom work meeting and was stuck listening to the incessant ringing and knocking until my meeting ended...pretty embarrassing

No issue with the service itself but make sure you stay alert for receipts. The team at my house told me (volunteeered the information--I would not expect this!) they would send receipt to my condo association. They didn't send any receipts. I forgot about the topic (my fault) and I was fined by my condo association.

The woman who answers the phones was very friendly as well the two men who cleaned my dryer vent. They also came early which was a huge plus. I highly recommend Air Pure!

What a breath of fresh air to have this company service the dryer vents, the phone gal is pleasant to talk to and the guys that showed up were all smiles. This company is professional, courteous, old school business practices - made my day. Over the years have had a few companies here and this one was just the best. You will not go wrong using their services.
