Had a great experience with Kevin’s Plumbing in Vernon, NJ today. I called this morning, they returned my call within 30 minutes, and were at my house just two hours later. That kind of responsiveness is hard to find.They replaced my water softener at a fair price and completed the job within just a few hours. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and without any hassle. As a local real estate professional, having reliable vendors is extremely important to me. I’ll absolutely be recommending Kevin to my clients, family, and friends. Highly recommend!

Kevin called me back within 10 minutes after I left a message and then showed up about an hour later after I spoke to him. Two days later he installed a water softener system. Awesome experience. I had called three plumbers and Kevin was the only one who made my problem a priority. Brandon was courteous and friendly and got the job done quickly and cleaned up nicely. Prices were reasonable to what I have paid in the past. I would absolutely use them again. Two thumbs way up!

I normally do not leave reviews but I just felt as this one is very necessary. I called Kevin around 9:00pm not super late but not an hour you normally call a plumber. He answers on the second ring. Right away, he starts helping via the telephone. I explain my situation and being that it’s not as emergency he tells me he can be there first thing in the morning… great. 5am comes along works calls no way either me or my husband can miss work today. I sent Kevin a message because if he had someone else he needed to tend to I did not want to stand in the way. Not even a minute goes by and he answers the text.
