F.W. Webb Company - Vernon Township

Im a plumber and i ran into an issue at the job. Todd, Cole, Ben, and Kevin are fantastic, helped me pick out what i needed and were very informative. If you have the option to use them use FW Webb, Vernon, theyre great! Gonna be using them from now in when in the area.

I just had to take the time to say this place has everything you’ll need for your plumbing needs. After being referred there for some parts i needed for my fuel island at the airport I was greeted with smiles and helped immediately. When it became known they didn’t have the part i needed Mike went out of his way to research and order the part i needed. Once i left he noticed he could get the part cheaper from another vendor and he went out of his way to call me and order it saving me $60. I’ll definitely keep them in mind anytime i need anything in the future.

Excellent customer service. When I arrived to F.W. Webb Company's shop to pick up my new water softener an employee, Mike, realized that my car would not fit the water softener, so he then offered to bring it to my house in their truck (Thanks again!). Every employee was kind and knowledgeable on their products. I would recommend them to anyone.

we have a house account, had to pay $134.00 or full retail for a 1/2 inch backflow preventer valve , that had i made a 24 mile trip to lowes for would have been $86.00

Great Job Guys! I am not a professional plumber just a fellow who knows enough to get by. Any time I call to order parts they are very patient and always get me back on track. Keep up the good work!
