Air Quality Heating & Cooling

Air Quality came to our rescue! Our AC died Friday morning, just in time for a hot weekend, but Air Quality sent someone out immediately to assess the situation and worked us in a few days later during a week they were already booked. They had 3 guys out here to get the job done fast and move on to the next one. They were very professional and had us up and cooling in no time! It is hard to find good, dependable companies anymore - Air Quality will always be out go to Heat/Air guys! Thank you Roger and Team!

Unfortunately we have had several poor experiences with Air Quality Heating and Cooling. They installed our HVAC system in 2018 and we have had several lingering issues, not all their fault but assumed they would be able to address the issues. On several occasions we smelled gas coming from the system. Air Quality came out to address it but did not find the leak. Following their visit, we called other companies to come out and they were able to find the leak and address them. Most recently we called them to address a faulty gas valve in our HVAC system. A technician came out to do a diagnostic and then left, saying they needed to track down the part. We were left with no follow up or time of return. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you use this company for a consultation, I would recommend getting a second opinion no matter how badly you need your item fixed. I paid them $1505 to fix my air conditioner in my home and less than 3 months later, it stopped working again. I do not trust the man that repaired it and according to the rude lady that answered the phone, there was no one else to come out to check it. Her customer service skills and her willingness to try to make things right are despicable. I would give this company a 0 rating if I could. If you have money to throw away, then use this company for your repair needs. However, I will never use this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone. I have been a customer of Air Quality’s since 2004. I have a maintenance agreement with them. Roger replaced my furnace in February and it has been one issue after the next. It is hard to get Roger to return my phone calls and when he does he is very rude and condescending. I have called the office on several occasions to schedule my service and the phone either rings and rings or it goes to a answering service and I never get a call back. The lady in the office is clueless. They finally schedule my AC service in July and the man who came out didn’t even take the dip out of his mouth before he spoke to me. Don’t know what’s going on with this company but I have moved my business to Air Treatment.

If Google offered more stars I'd give them to Roger and his crew at Air Quality. He's a straight shooter, does what he says and his follow up and customer service is first rate. I have an old house and an old system but Raymond, Roger's lead guy, handled the furnace replacement without a hitch. Left the place cleaner and tidier than they found it, too. When my AC goes, I'll be calling Roger. You'd be smart to do the same thing if you have any HVAC issues.
