I had an excellent experience with this company. Their level of personal service was far superior to anyone else i contacted. The roofer was super responsive helpful and always followed through. They were familiar with older construction and accommodating the requirements of historic neighborhoods. They were one of the few that had the expertise to handle my very steep roof which also had varied pitches and non standard features from a decades old remodel that needed special consideration. He took the time to understand the details of the job and was able to explain how they would take care of the special circumstances. As other have said the work crew was consistently on time and professional. They cleaned up even more than i expected at the end of each day and were great with my neighbor

I called Air Safe Roofing Services to assess my roof because my insurance company sent a non renewal letter stating that my roof had mold, algae and moss. The owner came out the next morning, which happened to be a Sunday. He did a thorough visual and drone aerial inspection of our roof. He did not try to push us into reroofing our home but suggested we do so within five or ten years. The next day he emailed a well written professional letter and aerial photos of our roof from every imaginable viewpoint. I submitted his report and photos to our insurance company which rescinded the non renewal decision. The owner was knowledgeable, prompt and communicated his arrival time very clearly. We will definitely consider this company when we decide to replace our roof.

We recently had our 23 year old shake shingle roof replaced by this company. The shake had no under sheathing so the job was much more complicated to go from shake to asphalt shingle and installing 153 sheets of new plywood under sheathing. This company did an outstandingly good job and was very responsive to all of our questions leading up to the work and during the work itself. I would like to make a call out two to excellent employees, a staff member who did a great job in putting together the estimate and answering questions. And a roofer who did a terrific job as the Project manager for the job, knowing exactly what to do, and answering questions and resolving issues quickly. Great job. I do not believe anyone can go wrong in selecting them for your next roofing job.

I needed a new roof as shingles was everywhere when it is windy. Plus wanted solar to be installed later this year so did not want it installed in probably a thirty year old roof. I had to get it replaced. Got a few quotes from different companies and found this company to be competitive but also the owner to be really easy to work with and had answers for all my concerns. We have discussed what my needs were and also he let me know upfront costs and potentially where it may increase due to lumber permits etc. I felt at ease and felt I got quality work completed by his team. They were super efficient from the demo to the install and took care of permits and inspections. I literally did not have to do a thing. My new roof looks amazing and I am really happy with how it came out. Thanks.

Not good at leaving reviews but quality of work and quick service definitely deserves a timely review. I have had work done by this company on two separate occasions which one of them was just done recently. I was very impressed with the work done on my roof the first time as i had a leak on my valley and some additional work needed to be done. So far the leak is gone and the roof looks great. The work on the second leak on a completely different valley was done yesterday and it looks great but we will see how the second one comes out regarding any leaks but based on his first job and pretty sure that the job was done right. I read other reviews were people complain as to efficiency on scheduling servicing them immediately etc etc etc. But what people don't realize is that there are other
