After our heating went out, we called eight different companies; this was the only one that provided a concrete arrival time and sent someone out the same day. Jim and Zack (Zach?) were exceptionally professional, diagnosing the issue and explaining the fix clearly before starting. I really appreciated their realistic time estimates and the fact that they accept credit cards. They did an excellent job, and I highly recommend their services—I’ll certainly be calling them again.

We recently had a new boiler installed (converting from oil to gas) and were very impressed with the work. Air Specialties and specifically Lee, was reliable, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was done neatly and on schedule, and everything has been running smoothly since. We would gladly recommend them to anyone in need of heating work!

Zack was just at my home in West Haven for an emergency boiler repair. He was courteous, knowledgeable and best of all was able to get our heat working again. I’ve always had a good experience with Air Specialities.
