I am writing this review after living with the results of this installation for nearly nine years, which is more than enough time to judge whether a major HVAC decision was handled honestly and in my best interest. In 2016, I clearly requested a Rheem system. During the sales process, Rene, the owner and salesman, pushed me hard away from what I asked for and insisted that I install a York unit instead. I was told it was equivalent and that my concern did not matter. Looking back, the experience felt misleading and manipulative. At the time, I trusted the professional standing in front of me. DO NOT BUY AN A/C SYSTEM FROM THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU DO NOT EXPECT IT DONE CORRECTLY, DO NOT WANT ANY SUPPORT, AND PLAN ON HIRING ANOTHER A/C CONTRACTOR TO REPAIR THEIR MISTAKES. I purchased a Goodman A/C from Rene in 2013. Within the 1st month the rotor kept locking up. He came by a couple times but could not repair it. Five years later and we still have to reset the breaker when the rotor locks. About 6 months after installation the ceiling started bubbling under the air handler. Rene sent out a tech and charged me to out in another chunk of money to install a new pan. The ceiling continued to bubble but Rene stopped answering me. I had to hire another A/C company to redo the insulation, cut out the ceiling, have it all repaired. DO NOT USE AIR SYSTEMS AC

I had my air conditioning replaced and it stopped working 15 months later, should I not have been diligent in my payments I would have still be paying for it. Air conditioners are not cheap and I understand they are hard for fix, but if its four months out of warranty and you are upset the owner will only hang up on you. This place is apparently run by an infant who can't take strongly worded criticism and doesn't stand by his products. I was hung up on four times by this child and the last time I was transferred to one of his workers, who says he can't do anything about my problem because its all through the owner. Beware, do not give you company several of your hard earned thousands of dollars because they are going to a child. Very unhappy.

Air Systems A/C was a life saver. I had an issue with my air conditioner on a Friday night and called them and they sent out a technician the next day to fix my AC. Very professional and helpful and their technician was amazing as he was able to answer all of my questions I had for him. I would highly recommend them!!

PLEASE CONSUMER BEWARE!! My aunt needed help installing and buying an AC unit. THE TECHNICIANS DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. They were loud and very unprofessional. They went to her house never gave her the factory warranty for the two units. The conductors from the unit and the ones in my home weren't the same size there was a gap. Well the technicians, to fix the gap were the air was coming out put (DUCK TAPE) It never felt evenly cool in my aunts home. So she contacted various times and finally spoke to the owner Rene Perez Borotto She asked them to please come and inspect the work. That they put duck tape instead of fixing the problem. He told her she would have to spend more money. She told him that she paid $3500.00 to install this unit. It should have been done properly the first time. M
