We have been using Air tech LLC for our yearly maintenance for Six years now, for our properties and they never disappoint. The technicians are always courteous and thorough. They make sure everything is running efficiently and are great at providing tips to improve our energy usage. It’s rare to find a company that is so dependable and trustworthy. Christian at Air Tech is fantastic. We’re repeat customers, and once again he delivered excellent service. After our heat stopped working following a power outage, we contacted him on Sunday evening. Despite being overwhelmed with calls, he came out the very next morning and fixed the issue quickly. Professional, responsive, and reliable—we highly recommend Christian and Air Tech.

Had significant issues with this company related to timing, communication, and a final invoice that came in roughly 35% higher than the quoted amount. When I eventually spoke with Christian (the owner, as I understand it), the conversation was surprisingly unprofessional. He made comments such as “you don’t understand how the service industry works” and even “you are not from this country, learn the ways of this country,” which was both inappropriate (ironic!) and unnecessary. He also threatened some type of "action?", quote, "I won't even tell you what I'm going to do...". Not even sure what that meant. He claimed he was recording our conversation with Google voice, I hope so. I don’t appreciate being lectured, dismissed, or spoken to in a rude manner—especially when I was simply trying

We had a new mini-split installed. Great customer service, knowledgeable, quick install and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Spend about 1 minutes on the phone with this guy. Mini split flashing a code. Told me it needs replaced... it's 2 years old which he didn't ask. Im a licensed gc man. I understand no hvac pro. Just looking for some help from a local business. Which I was not offered. No need to get upset. My feelings are just fine though thank you.
