FYI the speed limit on route 83 is 35 mph. Please slow down. Your employee sent 5 children to the hospital yesterday. The only way to rear end a school bus is complete lack of attention. If your tech can't see a yellow bus I would not have them work on my HVAC equipment.

They're messy, rude, and down right nasty people, im not shocked they have a 3.2 rating. YUCK to all of them

Excellent service great prices. Shawn went out of his way to get a part that was nearly impossible to find for my central a/c unit! Had a few other companies out, they wanted to replace the whole unit. Great Job!!!

Air Temp bought Hi Point, where we’d been customers for 20+ years. We were billed 3 hours ($600+!) to do routine AC maintenance and coil cleaning, when it used to take less than an hour. Outrageous. Didn’t bring any coil cleaner -- in August, for an AC maintenance call -- so they charged us to drive to Hartford and back to pick some up. Wouldn’t even give us the rest of the cleaner we’d paid for afterward. When asked about the hours, we were told that billing starts from the time they leave their HQ. So the farther away you live, the more you have to pay? Very sad to see a once great company decline so far.

When our furnace wouldnt turn on my husband called Air Temp to come and check it out, their fee to check the problem was $165 for the first hour.... ok, we have to get this fixed. The part needed was a Hot Surface Ignitor. They replaced the part with a generic part and charged $197.46 for the part. The total for the entire half hour visit came to over $385! When I got home I looked up the part online. The most expensive I could find was only $42!! I have experience in retail and understand and have no problem with a reasonable markup but over 400% is highway robbery! I would not recommend this company to anyone.
