I have to express my frustration with this company and alert others. Two years ago, I hired them to install a new water heater in my home. Today, to my dismay, I discovered that the water heater had sprung a leak, flooding my basement with water. In a panic, I called AirTemp Solutions for assistance, and they dispatched a technician to assess the situation. When he arrived, he examined the unit and informed me that Rheem water heaters are known for their poor performance and reliability. He explained that my current water heater is still under warranty, but despite that, they are asking me to pay an astounding $1,700 for the installation of a new one. Unprofessional to say the least this company came out on Monday to my 96 year old neighbors house had 4 company trucks, two company pickups and 2 of their guys had a mustang and a red/maroon small suv so personal vehicles too.. they were here from the time they opened I'm going to assume until 10pm at night thought is was odd they kept telling her they were waiting on parts all day long ..took several of our parking spots and most of the time most of the men sent to work on her issue were standing around doing nothing on their phones clearly not working gentleman parks in my wife's spot. Jason did a great job servicing our geothermal heating system. He was thorough, detailed in his system checks, and friendly. Our home was without heat all day. We just moved into our house a year ago and contacted Air Temp Solutions to evaluate our heating system. Patrick did the evaluation of the system. He seemed to be extremely efficient and knowledgeable of HVAC systems in general and went right to work to see if he could improve the efficiency of our current system. Our system is 24 years old and at the end of its useful life. We assumed that before we even call for the evaluation, Patrick was easy to work with gave us some tips on what we could do as far as new systems were concerned and put us in touch with an estimator from Air Temp Solutions to give us a price for a new system.
