We called Hickmans after two other garage door companies had given us quotes but failed to follow up thereafter. Hickmans were very timely in their response times, providing us options and answering questions. They installed our new door within their estimated timeline, and the guys who installed were delightful and thorough. We'd strongly recommend Hickmans to others without hesitation.

Very poor service. The tech, John came out two hours late and was clueless about the garage door. The operator was a dummy as well. DO not use these people.

They showed up, diagnosed a potential cause of the door not opening fully, and did everything they could to explore all the options short of fully replacing the opener's motor which would have been much more expensive. So far the door has been working well since they fixed it and I highly recommend their services.

In the end we went with replacing the opener - at the exact quotes estimate. Johnny did not try and upsell or over complicate the process. He also helped me prep and secure the door until the repair.
