Air Waves has provided maintenance on our unit for many years. When it was finally time to replace our old air unit, we received excellent customer service from Mark and Steve. Mark talked with us about our options and made sure we were aware of everything needed to make the best decision on our new unit. After Hurricane Mathew came through last month, leaving us without electricity and running water for 5 days, we decided to purchase a whole-house generator. Air Waves was recommended by a friend who was very happy with the company's installation and service on her own whole-house generator. After obtaining a few quotes from area vendors I decided to go with Air Waves. Their price was comparable to the other vendors but the unit they quoted, a Kohler model, had higher ratings on Consumer Reports than what the other vendors offered. Mark and his staff are great! I have been using them 20 years ( I think ) and they have always been on time and provided great service and I have always been pleased. I just had to have a new system put in the house and while we were making plans to move forward with it we decided that we would replace ALL the 40 year old duct work so needless to say this was quite a job.
