Our air conditioning went out on a Thursday night, and we called Airco first thing the next morning at 8 a.m. They promptly sent out a very knowledgeable and professional technician who quickly diagnosed a bad blower motor. Since our unit was about 12 years old, they clearly explained two options—repairing the system or replacing it entirely—without any pressure. We decided to move forward with a full replacement, and Airco did not disappoint. They coordinated everything quickly, and a professional crew was at our house Monday morning. Great experience with these folks. New customer to them, called for service, Cori was very helpful and accommodating. James (tech) texted me within 30 minutes telling me he'd be there between 1-3pm. He arrived at 1pm. Diagnosed the issue in 10 minutes, resolved the problem and had us backup and running. Highly recommend this company.

Patrick, the service technician, was prompt, polite and professional. He showed up at our home early and figured out the issue quickly/efficiently. Always an amazing experience with AirCo! Scheduling with Cori is always a breeze, she is understanding and supportive and always finds a way to fit us in! They have helped us on weekends, with to regular routine maintenance and could not recommend a better company!
