After several quotes and meetings, I decided to go with Capps Roofing because they came highly recommended by a friend and their quote included all costs. This was good for me because my biggest fear was getting charged extra for any issues that arose after the job started. Capps roofing went above and beyond to install my home's new roof and even went further to make the roof cover my makeshift back porch to my A Frame house at no additional charge. I was not looking forward to this roof project and had sought out 5 other quotes before selecting Capps. This was a big job! The project required a completely new deck installed as the previous roof was cedar shakes nailed to 1x4 fir strips. They did it all, R&R pool solar panels, hot water solar panel, super gutter at facia for screened pool Lanai, sky lights, gutters and more. Capps was the only company to include everything. In addition they replaced unexpected rotted facia and gable end siding. No additional cost. They addressed it all with craftsmanship, and Professionalism.
