Strongly do not recommend! They've been working on my unit for over a month now and the unit is still not working. They're highly non-responsive to your calls or text. They have told me that someone will come or that they will do something and not follow through time and time again (i.e. calling client back with what was done, sending a report, etc.). When I finally got them on the phone they made up lies about how technicians had to cancel all appointments because of rain (it didn't even rain that day) and how my unit is old (my unit is 2 years old).... Dealing with the customer service was a nightmare. I had high hopes when the owner, Avi, came to my home and said that if there were further issues he'd address them directly himself. But was quickly let down again when he was unresponsive

I had A water liking from ceiling they have informed me that they need to blow the pipes and was charged $1100 supposedly the problem was fixed. unfortunately I went to the appointment yesterday the and the same issue was happening. What a waist of money !!! Called them 20 time to receive and invoice and they hardly answer and when they do answer they say we are going to send the invoice but never due. The worker on the joe has informed me that the boss tells him to cut corners on the job to save time. Please hire someone else so you don’t get screwed!!!

Very good service, fair price. These techs know what they're doing. Our restaurant AC was broken and they came on time and fixed the issue. Highly recommended.

I Highly recommend Aircool to anyone! These people are honest, on time, and really professionals They fixed issues nobody else seemed able to fix and I mean nobody! I had three technicians trying to solve my AC issues and no one could do it. They all recommended that I install a new system saying my existing one couldn’t be repaired. Their price was very reasonable too. Now my AC is back and perfectly running. Thank You!

Highly recommended. Very professional, they installed a new system in my coffee shop and I am very happy with their work. The price was very fair also comparing to other companies I contacted. I will use their service again for maintenance when needed.
