shawn went above and beyond to fix my dryer vent issue. he was very careful when finding out what the problem was in my air ducts and explained everything clearly, making sure i understood the cause and the solution. i appreciated that he let me make decisions and only moved forward with the cleaning and repairs after i agreed. he didn’t ask for any extra charges, even though he had to cut into my ceiling to access and clean out the ductwork and reconnect some parts. there’s still one more step to finish the repair, but the price was very fair. i feel confident having him come back to finish the job. i wouldn’t trust anyone else with my air duct cleaning. this company is truly the best!
