I absolutely do NOT recommend this company. HomeServe dispatched them and it was a disaster from start to finish. They said they were 15–20 minutes away and showed up almost two hours later. The technician then falsely claimed my HomeServe warranty only covered labor, which I immediately confirmed was a not true by calling HomeServe directly. He stated he had been working with HomeServe for some time when I questioned him about this, which makes this even more concerning. He tried to upsell me a thermostat for $125 that he claimed he had on his truck, something that is NOT standard HomeServe practice. I had been more than a month without heat due to the incompetence and lack of communication skills with this company. They took 2 visits to determine the System needed replacement. Then forever to actually replace it. It stopped working a week after the install. Then 2 or 3 more visits to diagnose only to tell me the issue is the wiring between the condenser and air handler( they used to old wiring by the way from a 50 year old unit instead of replacing everything). 3 more visits with each tech saying the same thing. Warranty company sends out a different company because they can’t get it right and that company says they can’t complete the work because the original company installed the air handler without relocating the disconnect so they can’t isolate power because the disconnect door ca

Called the company this morning because my ac stopped working. It was a very hot day and a very hot night! I was SO happy to hear that they were sending a technician out THIS very afternoon. I am so sorry that I didn't get the young man's name, he was so helpful. Found the problem right away ( i needed a new capacitor), had one on the truck and the ac is running again! He went upstairs to check all the vents and made sure everything was in order. I have never received service this quick. Figured I was in for at least a week of heat, sweat and tears 😢 Thank you, Airduct Care Heating & AC Called the company back and got the name of the technician. His name is JOHN and he was great. This company has been great to work with. Our warranty company sent them out to fix both our boiler and our upstairs ductwork and things have gone smoothly both times. We actually had an issue with the warranty company denying one of our claims due to a previous HVAC company mis-diagnosing the problem, and this team was able to look at the issue and get in touch with our warranty company to explain what was happening, and which helped us get it covered! The receptionist is also on top of every request, calling quickly to schedule and notifying us if a technician was going to be late (but they were pretty much always on time). The worst company ever. Very rude and I’m so upset my warranty sent me this company. I should have done more research so I could change it from the beginning. Technician did not come prepared. Claimed he fixed something the solution was not fixed and then said there were more issues and when he came back he was clueless on what he was tasked to do. This company is a scam never work with them. On top of that they will take forever to answer the phone.
