Aire Care

Our furnace went out in single digit weather in the early morning hours on a Saturday. Aire Care was closed for regular business but when I called the emergency line at 8am someone answered right away. The guy sold us the parts we needed and met us not only once that day, but twice when we needed more parts, and he gave them to us with no money down and offered to mail us an invoice for the cost of the parts. Our furnace is back up and running and our house is warm again!

I was a damsel in distress. Furnace stopped in very cold weather on a Saturday. A man came Sunday morning. He got it going, but said I needed a new furnace. He was not sure if what he did would work very long. Thankfully it did work until Tuesday evening and they installed my new furnace on Wednesday morning. So this damsel in distress is very happy. Our furnace went out in February when the temperature was in single digits. Another company came out on 2 different occasions, but the problem was not resolved and it quickly stopped again. Aire Care Houghton came out. The technician, Roger, came out. He was very courteous and promptly began his work. He took the time to really troubleshoot and found that a wire going to the blower motor had been rubbing another part. This caused the protective coating of the wire to be damaged, thus exposing the wire and causing the unit to short out and blow a fuse. If you need any type furnace work done, I highly recommend Aire Care Houghton!

We requested a service from Aire Care to fix an issue with our heating system. Given the urgency of the situation, they responded quickly and came over promptly. They were professional, responsible, and resolved the issue efficiently at a reasonable cost. We’re very happy with their service and will definitely contact them again.

I don’t usually write or read reviews but I have to say that Aircare was wonderful polite knowledgeable about steam heating I highly recommend them!
