Extremely prompt response to my urgent call. I have an older (ancient) garage door opener. They were able to find the part and repaired the door quickly and affordably.
I heard a loud BANG coming from my garage. Upon investigating I found that the large overhead spring on my double garage door had broken/snapped. I called Keweenaw Overhead Garage Door and they sent Peter, their repair guy, out just before the large snowstorm hit. Come to find out, they were the ones that installed the garage door 25 years ago! This goes to show that they sell a great garage door that's held up well over time. (Only an aged spring needed replacement in all those years! ) AAA+++ company!
