Chris and Ethan were fantastic! They were here on the dot for the time I was given for my service appointment and did a beautiful job installing my new Carrier HVAC unit when my original decided to give up the ghost. They worked non-stop and installed all new everything faster than I would have believed possible. From a same-day diagnostic appointment yesterday in two hours from the time I called to a full install in 4.5 hours, the HVAC pros at AireCare went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Awesome service; skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly employees; and the care these folks put in to making sure we got the most affordable price while still getting a quality product all combined to guarantee that I wouldn't think of using another HVAC company and I'll be recommending AireCare

Dustin did an amazing job. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. This company's prices are very competitive. I like that if there is nothing wrong with your system, they tell the truth and don't try to charge you for unneeded repairs.

I am beyond thankful for the whole team at Aire Care Heating & Cooling. Our heat went out in our home two days ago. I called the next morning and was able to speak with Maddie. She was able to schedule Eddie to be at our house that evening. He was able to diagnose my issue and unfortunately it could not be repaired, he was very honest and upfront on why. Kaleb came out the same night to give us all of our options. He spoke with the owner, Jeff, about our situation and how very unexpected it was and they helped us financially get to a price we were comfortable at. We opted to replace the split unit through them. The unit comes with a very good warranty and Kaleb went over every question we had very thoroughly.
