Working with Jack was a pleasure. He was very pleasant to work with. He was very thorough with his questions to addressing our concerns. After examining our unit, he explained everything so that we understood. He also offered different maintenance packages for the future, which we purchased We would like for him to be our technician when needed.

Killeen Airserv is a wonderful company. I was surprised that I got and appointment so early in week for a Saturday, the repairman showed up on time, and was very thorough in his investigation of why my heat was not working used testing equipment and thought process very well and was able to get heat up and running in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleasant and knowledgeable man.

Chris came by to clean my coils from my furnace due to it being overdue for maintenance. Airheads quoted me 1.5k for this service while Aire Serv gave me a reasonable cost of 550. Chris was super polite and was great with my 4 dogs. AC is finally up and running properly. If you're looking for quality and service that doesn't break your bank this company is it. Will call back for future work needed. Thanks again!
