Simon from Aire Serv came out for a heating tune-up and was excellent to work with. He arrived right on time, was very thorough in his inspection, and clearly explained everything he was seeing in a way that made sense. During the tune-up, he identified a repair that needed to be done and was able to fix it the same day, which I really appreciated. He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I’m very grateful for his help and would definitely recommend him

Just had my winter check up on my system. My technician Nelson did a very good job! He was very professional and calmly diagnosed an emergency breaker issue, he resolved the issue, explained it thoroughly. Before leaving he educated me about new services available for purchase that could aid in the air quality of my home without pressure or scare tactics. He helped me setup my next apt for April and reminded me about rebate programs through TVA that I qualify for. I highly recommend Nelson with Air Serve!

AireServ of Knoxville is So Great! They are always Friendly, Professional and Responsive. My Family has used AirServe for many years and they have always been dependable. Cindy, in the office, is so Sweet and helped me to get an apt time which worked for my schedule. Simon W. called to see if he could come by early and that was appreciated! He arrived and listened to what I thought was the issue with my system and he worked on it and fixed the minor issue that had taken place. He tested the system after he completed the work and made sure everything was operational. He answered all of my questions. He was Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly. He did a Great Job! This is the second time he has worked on my system - the first time was a seasonal system service and he made suggestions

Rocky was amazing on the phone when I called and promptly schedule a tech for the very next day. Jackson come out and was completely thorough and thoughtful as he proceeded to handle my ductwork fabrication and the results were much more than I anticipated.
