Love them. Been calling Tony and his team for over 20 years!! Great response time and service EVERY TIME. Used to be privately owned business(Fontaine’s) then they became an AireServ franchise. The only thing that changed was the name! Same” locally owned and operated “ feeling. Trustworthy, no BS ever. ❤️

My sister in-law had lost heat due to a furnace issue during the recent cold spell. It was late in the evening and we were concerned about frozen pipes. We looked for a reputable company to address the issue and Aire Serv popped up. We called and they arrived in about 30 minutes which was awesome. They sorted out the problem and addressed the issue. The office staff and technician were very friendly and professional. The technician seemed to know their stuff and even cleaned up the fuel mess caused by he furnace failure. A very positive result.

January in Maine and we awoke to no heat in our ma fractured home. John, (technician) promptly came out to assess and couldn't have been more pleasant or knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing our furnace from your firm.

We hired Aire Serv to rearrange some duct work for us. While the people who did the work and the project itself went smoothly the communication in this office is terrible. I received a quote for the work same day but then it took a couple weeks to get anyone to respond to me to hire them. I emailed the person who gave a quote and the receptionist email that was on the quote. Once the project was done I eventually received the bill via email for the remaining balance but there was zero instruction (link to pay or address information to mail a check). I again emailed the office for this information with no response. After a few weeks of waiting for further information I called the office and was told I could pay over the phone or mail a check. It would be a much better company if they worked

I hired Tony and his team at Aire Serv to install a new boiler and indirect water tank. Tony was very responsive and quick to get back to me with a quote. They were very quick to get me in the schedule and they arrived on time. Dustin, Hunter and Nick were excellent techs and were friendly and knowledgeable. They took great care in their work as well as my home and left it in great condition upon completion of work. I highly recommend Tony and his team for any HVAC needs!
