Technician on time at very rural location Ryan personable and knowledgeable. Air serve called to facilitate schedule routine maintenance.

From start to finish, super easy, stress free service call. Tony came out, spent quite a bit of time checking every wire, switch and relay. He narrowed down the potential issue, quoted a price, fixed it, and cleaned up after himself. Absolutely will use their services again when needed!!

Ryan was a very nice gentleman. He explained everything that he was doing, and he explained the importance of having a surge protector, and it didn’t take him long to put it in even though the rain was heavy. Aire Serv has done our annual maintenance the last couple of years. Last year they did not catch a serious problem that resulted in us having to bring in another company on a weekend in bitter cold temps to fix our system. This happened two days after they had been out to service our system. This year after they serviced it they recommended we replace the contractor 30/40 amp at a cost of $348.48. They also recommended we install a hard start kit to improve the efficiency of our compressor at a cost of $389.91. We would receive both of these at a slight discount due to having a service plan with them for annual maintenance. When I have an appointment with Aire Serv, I get a reminder several times by E-mail. The day of service, I am called or e-mailed that they are on their way. That, I like very much, plus they put footies on and do a great service job. Very pleased with the service and all the guys are so nice.
