If you're tired of A/C techs that don't really care or do anything, Try Travis. He has great character and cares. For me he solved problems the others did not, and doesn't try to sell you stuff you don't need. I trust him with my equipment and in my home. Thank you Travis for helping me protect my investment.

I called Tyler after Pioneer ripped me off. Tyler was able to find the problem and fix it. He is very nice and knowledgeable. He had the part I needed and was finished within an hour. His rates are very affordable and he even diagnosed a problem with a breaker that pioneer didn't even check. I am very happy with his service and very happy I finally have heat after pioneer left me cold and broke in December. I highly recommend Trivett’s and look forward to Tyler handling all my service needs. I would give him 100 gold stars if I could!

I recently had an emergency heating issue during the snow event and on a Saturday! Tyler had given me his card a couple months ago and I hoped he was available. He called me back quickly and we discussed what was happening and a plan was formed. Tyler was very professional and explained everything very clearly.
