I recently had HVAC work done and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From the first phone call to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to work with. They arrived right on time, took the time to thoroughly explain our options, and made sure we understood how everything would work before getting started. The technicians were very respectful of my home. They worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and made sure everything was protected while they were installing the system. What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to answer all of our questions without rushing. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Since the installation, my home is noticeably more comfortable and the system runs quietly

Had yearly maintenance done and also had him install a humidifier and UV light to make our home more comfortable. Hamdi (the technician) was very thorough and knowledgeable and explained everything to us, he was very pleasant, professional, respectful of our home and cleaned his work area. He is an asset to the company. The office is very courteous as well and kept us updated about the appointment and the arrival of the technician. Highly recommend the company.A++++

The company provides excellent service with knowledgeable technicians at reasonable prices. The technician that was here for this service is Mike Pack. He is very polite and extremely knowledgeable about all services and equipment that the company offers. I have had other technicians from the company do work for me and all have been very professional. When the company sends a technician out to work, they give updates as to arrival times and also include a picture of the tech so you can be sure whom is knocking on your door. I would highly recommend them for reliability, knowledge, cleanliness of work, timely response, and reasonable prices.

I have used Aire Serv twice in the past year, and both times they were able to accommodate my service needs the same day. They are friendly and professional. My tech, Julius, was very patient and efficient with locating the part and doing the work on a Friday night. He also walked me through the steps of the repair, and answered all of my questions and concerns regarding annual maintenance. I highly recommend them.

Mike Pack from Aire Serve came out this morning to do maintenance on our geothermal furnace. He was professional and very thorough. After the maintenance he took the time to explain all that he did to my husband and myself. We are very happy with Aire Serve and would definitely call them annually for maintenance on our heating and cooling system. This was a free service today but we have already bought a maintenance contract for the next year.
