Magic Garage Door

I have a great garage door guy, who does all my garage doors installs. When I built a large building with 18'w x 14'h all glass door, he would not install it. "Nothing but problems". I have had any issues with the door operation for over two years now and magic helped me out. I believe owner was undergoing cancer treatment at that time. I pray he is doing great and continues to serve his customers so well with his team.

They are always very timely and well priced whenever I need my garage door repaired I've used them four different times over 10 years always super nice and get the job done quickly.

I had a brand new building built and the company that my builder used to sub contract the garage doors was Magic. While there is nothing wrong with the doors materially (other than a small issue with a door seal on one of the doors) I was not impressed with the business side of Magic. The first issue I had was when I had the opportunity to install the wiring before the walls in the building went up I asked Magic to come out and pre-wire the doors and mark where they wanted the electric boxes, thinking this would be an opportunity for them to get everything in place where they wanted it, not leaving work to do when they actually installed the doors. Well, I had to pay an additional $100 for the convenience of doing this. Then when they did install the 2 doors, which it took them a day a

They only offer 4 hour windows for repair, so I took half a day off work for their installer to show up an hour AFTER the window I selected. I had to call them to find this out. No one ever attempted to contact me and let me know they were behind, so I didn’t have to burn a half day. When I did call to find this out, they weren’t apologetic and acted like it was no big deal. I won’t be using their services again.
