So I am a Chief Engineer at a hotel. I came across Aire Serve on accident and I’m so glad I did. They treated me amazing from the second I spoke to them on the phone. They replaced my pool heater and fixed the exhaust issues I was having from the original contractor that didn't do it right. They did everything start to finish at a very reasonable rate and they did it quick! Since then, I have a big heating/AC unit on my roof that needs a specialist to work on go down the other day. So I called them back and they came out the following day as agreed upon because it wasn't an emergency, even tho they asked if I needed them that day and I said no, and Rick quickly figured out the issues. Parts are on order and they will be out to fix it as soon as the parts come in. Again, very reasonable rat

Very quick response even though it was after hours. Someone showed up within 30 minutes of me calling. Pricing was very upfront and made sure we aware of the cost and the breakdown before they continued with their work. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend, our technician was Josh and he was awesome!

Don listened to my needs and spent the time profiling several options. Other providers were only interested in a quick sale. Don brought the installer (Josh) with him to review best installation path to meet my concerns. Scheduled at a convenient date/time. Josh and Dan were very respectful, professional and skillful. Everything was completed expertly. They kept everything clean during and after. System is working great! Very happy.

As it is, they've installed and maintained a natural gas furnace - I look forward to seeing Charles every fall for my service. They've come out for mystery dripping from my hot water stack (roof issue), and duct cleaning too. Most recently, I had a little excitement with my hot water heater and Holly got someone out here the same day to look at it and give their recommendation. Worked with Tom, David, and Taylor..all of whom represent your company with utmost care and professionalism. We made the quantum leap from a 23 year old mechanical thermostat to the new 4th generation Google Nest. It’s like going from a coal burner to a nuclear power plant! David took every necessary step in the installation and setup to insure that we understood the intricacies and capabilities of this sophisticated unit. He is a very knowledgeable and patient technician. It is obvious from his demeanor that he loves what he does. He takes pride in doing the job neatly, and to the satisfaction of the homeowner.
