Thank you to Lorenzo Nichols for helping my family replace our water heater. Very professional!! I have no complaints at all and recommend using their service!

Unfortunately the tech sent to us by AirFlow did not do a thorough check. We could hear our AC running but no air was coming out and our home was cooking at 85 degrees inside. The tech checked only our outdoor unit and diagnosed the issue was our fan motor. After he replaced this part nothing changed with the temperature of the house or our air, so we called again. When the tech came back out he still only looked at our outdoor unit. He said it looked fine and all parts were working as they should. This was so discouraging to hear because our home was stifling. Days later we took matters into our own hands and popped open our indoor unit to find this massive iceberg growing on the coils! Had the tech thoroughly checked both units, we would have been saved 10 days of heat exhaustion from ou

Inmer and helper did a great job. They got here on time, efficiently installed the furnace and air conditioner and cleaned up after they finished. Inmer went over all the instructions so we new how to use the thermostat. I would highly recommend Inmer to anyone.
