We first started dealing with Airflow when a respected colleague left the UVa HVAC maintenance department to go to work for them almost 20 years ago. We were having problems with a system that was improperly installed by another company and Mr. North, the owner, diagnosed and corrected the issue immediately. We've faithfully called on them for preventive maintenance every Spring and Fall since then, and the heat pump worked reliably. However, it sprung a leak and passed away a couple of weeks ago. The Airflow crew installed a high-efficiency unit seamlessly. It wasn't cheap, but it was fair. The warranties for labor and repair were superior. Best of all, Airflow Systems has delivered the level of service rarely seen these days. They can be trusted.

Alex made a follow up service visit after helping us on the phone for 50 minutes the evening of the snow/sleet event. We were able to restore heat by following his instructions and utilizing photos of our system. We specifically requested Alex for the follow up check up. He discovered issues that a previous HVAC firm had not identified during their very brief service call a week before. Needless to say, we will be looking to Airflow for our future service needs.
