We parked for 20 minutes and there was ZERO signage of how to register my vehicle. We parked in a retail parking spot to go to Chik Fil A. In no way was there any sign to pay for parking as with the old system where the first hour was free. I am beyond frustrated. This seems so wrong to ticket people $78 — an OUTRAGEOUS amount for 20 minutes. These shops in the parking center will suffer because of this company. We will not return

DO NOT PARK HERE. It is a scam. They have signs set up in the garage that say “320 West Mag retail parking only” these spots make you think that if you are a customer at the chick fil a or the Ross house coffee shop parking is included. The lack of notifications of the parking fees is unbelievable. They gave me a $78 “discounted” ticket for parking in a spot that anyone would think is free. So frustrated, I will not be going to this shopping plaza again.

I cannot convey how much I hate this system. The signs are not obvious enough that you have to pay when you drive in. "Pay before you walk away" sounds like I need to pay before I leave the garage. I went to pay when I got back in my car and it was too late, they already left me a ticket with a "discounted rate" of SEVENTY-EIGHT DOLLARS. And the parking violation ticket didn't even say what the ticket was for. Cut out the cutesy signs and specifically state that if you do not register your vehicle when you drive into the parking deck you will receive the most outrageous parking fee you've ever seen. Unbelievable. I don't have 78 to pay for 2 hours of parking. I can only assume the signs are ambiguous to generate the most profit for whatever idiot owns that lot

Terrible!! $25/day to park, but $78 ticket. My child was on her way into chick-fil-a to get my card and before she got to me someone was already taking pics and ticketing her. Pathetic!!

Terrible system. Daughter parked, walked away from her car. Someone came and started taking pictures of license plate before she was out of sight of vehicle. She walked back and they put a ticket on her car and walked off.
