You gave me a ticket even though I clearly paid using the app. The app itself is pretty clever. But when I got the parking violation it was not clear at all how to respond to an incorrect ticket. Air garage stole my time for ridiculous paperwork I do not have time for and threatened me with extra fines. That is not good business.

Like another review states, paid for parking and got a "ticket" on my car where when I look up my license plate I don't see a ticket. Avoid this lot at all costs, scamming company. I've looked up this company for the ticketing online and see similar statements.

Unlike the Hancock garage across the street where you can set the hours, this one just starts timing you and it was not obvious that it would end your reservation at midnight (small fine print). Woke up the next morning with a text saying that my reservation ended, and that it charged me for another full day + $10 convenience fee. Feels like a money grab design. Ended up paying $45 for about 16 hrs....
