I should have followed my instincts, the first meeting was...different. He was super nice and very knowledgeable, but wasn’t organized. I figured he was one person and his wife (office person) was out of town - But it went downhill FAST. Due to the room he would be working in and the noise, my mother made arrangements to go to a hotel to be out of the way during installation. I hadn’t heard from him since we made the appt so I reached out to him the night before and got no answer. I tried calling and texting several times the morning of install. Finally an hour after supposed arrival time he called. There has been a death in the family and he had forgotten about our appt. He offered to come do install on Saturday and I said yes - then he tried to get out of that. He did show up, but he had
