We have used Airmatic Controls for over a decade for service, maintenance and installation of new equipment as needed. In August, 2023, Airmatic contracted for a new air conditioner for our apartment at a cost of over $8000. They provided us with a defective product that they did not get in working order until November 20, 2023 after several service requests. We refused to pay the balance due on the machine until they got it working. Last Friday, we received a proposed notice of lien on our property after only 10 days of having a working a/c. Airmatic has given us no warranty or operating manual. In violation of their vendor agreement with credit card companies, Airmatic charged a service fee for use of a credit card (necessitated because we were out of the county). CAUTION TO THE PU

ACI was great. They met all of our requests with an excellent level of service and professionalism (and they're family owned, which was also nice). Sean was very helpful and kept us informed through the entire process.

Very friendly, and family owned company. They helped me with some water leaking issues with my air conditioning and were prompt and professional. Thank you for the great service. I will be back.
