Our house has a 2-zone Trane HVAC system (upstairs/downstairs) that's 18 years old. The upstairs 3-ton A/C failed due to total refrigerant leakage and would have to be replaced. Due to age, it made sense to also replace the furnace. Patrick, Airmax's installation supervisor, evaluated the layout for equivalent application of the recommended Armstrong (Lennox) system. A few days later, technicians Dan, John and Kevin arrived first thing in the morning with the Condenser (see photo), Furnace and Cooling Coil and all the necessary connections. Fortunately, it was a cool day to work as the furnace and cooling coil are in the attic. The system was thoroughly tested and by mid-afternoon we had A/C....hooray!! AirMax just installed a brand new LENOX heating system and replaced all my ductwork at my home and I am happy with the experience. From Ron, the owner, who initially came over to review my needs and provide estimate and answer all my questions, to the jaunty upbeat Kathi in the office who managed the setup and billing, to Dan and John who were my main install engineers - each was pleasant, polite, respectful and focused. I was impressed with the thoughtfulness and organization of the team. The installation was on time and neat and efficient. I am so relieved. This was a big ticket item and we feel we got treated right and I am glad to have cemented a long term relationship with AIRMAX.

I was doing a large construction project on m home. My previous HVAC was a Frankenstein system. It was a damper system which barely cooled and summers were a nightmare. Mike came to my house, asked me some questions, came up with an amazing idea on how to transform my damper system into a true 2 zone system using the new Bosch heat pump systems. The service is unreal, Patrick is the best service man in the industry. Installation was managed by Dan. I cannot say enough about this man. He treats you home as if it’s his own. He doesn’t allow anyone to disrespect your house and he makes sure that it’s left spotless at the end of the day.
