Airmetrix technician helped my family on a rainy night. He was able to fix my AC unit that was not cooling because of a bad module on blower motor and a bad capacitor. What I appreciate it the most is that he showed me the problem and the readings on his gadget which gave me peace of mind. Ac is running great going on 3 months already Great price too. 😃

Our air went out last weekend and my usual company couldn’t come, so I tried this one. Huge mistake. Initially I was thrilled to find someone on a Saturday evening. Three techs came over several hours, replaced a few parts, and charged me $1,277. The invoice didn’t break out parts and labor, and from what I found online the parts appeared to cost about $150. An expensive repair, but at the time I was just glad it seemed fixed. An hour later, water started leaking through my ceiling because the drain line was left loose. The next day they fixed the drain, but I also noticed screws missing from the air handler. I was frustrated, but relieved they came back and even gave me $250 toward the ceiling damage. They responded quickly, and within about an hour, our AC was cooling again! I will forever use this company for all of our AC needs. Highly recommend!
