Our experience with Airport Heating & Cooling has been great. They came highly recommended by several friends so we gave them a call. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and reasonably priced. I’ve been enjoying my new Heai system for a couple of weeks now. Brian set everything up without trying to “up sale” to something we didn’t really need. I wasn’t without a/c so I had time to research other companies. Brian was the only one to look at what I had in place and say “this is all you need.” Thank you Brian. The install turned into a much larger job than anticipated as you can see in the picture. That’s not a gutter behind my new unit but a new line set that had to go up and through the attic to reach across the house to the air handler. Airport Heating and Air stuck to the original price and all the technicians were just fantastic people ! Thank you Brian and please pass on my thanks to all involved.

I had a way better experience with KAY plumbing heating and cooling. They actually addressed my issue on the spot (unlike you) and gave me an estimate for the work still needed as I asked them; as I asked you on the phone but I still have yet to receive an estimate by mail or email. You had a guy come out and look around and he said they “MIGHT” be able to fix it and “THINKS”it will cost around $2,000. His exact words. You didn’t deliver. Thanks for charging me a trip fee with zero estimate as I asked for on the phone.

We used Airport Heating and Cooling over the summer to replace our HVAC system. I don’t have enough wonderful things to say about their team! From start to finish they were so professional, communicative and kind. From their office staff to technicians, everyone goes out of their way to explain their process while being considerate of your home and time. We recently had Tyler come and check on our unit. He is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue quickly and helped us schedule regular maintenance appointments to replace filters that are underneath a very old home. Highly recommended these guys if you want a five star experience!

Mike was absolutely wonderful! He showed up on time. Also, knowing there was a major issue in my new home with my Furnace being setup incorrectly (for natural gas vs propane), he made it a point to check on my other areas not HVAC related to ensure those were not setup incorrectly. As a new homeowner, I greatly appreciated that. He went above and beyond. Thanks Mike! Airport did everything possible to fast track my new furnace. 100% recommend using them. Service is exceptional!!!!
