The technician John R and partner arrived on time. Was Respectful of my property. Very Polite and professional. Performed work in a timely manner and communicated what the issue was and how it was resolved. Would use this company again.

6 years ago, I bought a boiler off them for $6,500. It came with a 10 year warranty on Parts and Labor and a 20 year warranty on the boiler sections. The relief valve was shooting a lot of water so I called them out. The technicians were very nice. No problems with them. It's the company. They determined the problem was a faulty fill valve that Airpro installed. The technicians contacted the company that said it would be $600 to replace with parts and labor. The company said a Fill Valve is not a part but an accessory, even though on my contract, it's not listed in the accessories section. I declined. Then the company said there's a $130 service fee. That's also not in my contract anywhere nor was it ever even mentioned when I made the appointment. Highly recommend avoiding t

I wanted to share a review, even though we haven’t had our furnace fixed yet. On November 23, 2025, our furnace went out, and they arrived on November 24, 2025. The technician was incredibly kind throughout the visit, even with my 9-month-old who was quite vocal! We discovered that our furnace had failed, and today, November 25, 2025, they delivered two truly amazing space heaters to help us out until the new furnace is installed. It’s truly heartwarming to see a company go above and beyond for its customers, and my baby, spouse, and I are so grateful for the care and attention you’ve shown! The technician who delivered the space heaters was also wonderful. Thanks!

Cooper was absolutely outstanding. He answer all of my questions. He was professional and kind. He talked me through the process and charged me fairly for the work that was done. I will definatley use this company again and request Cooper!

Company use to be great and thorough. In recent years the quality of service has gone done. With Furnace and AC checks they use to put in new air filters for you as part of the service and actually clean and check units. Had a AC check this year and this is what it looked like after the visit, no effort to actually remove the webs or debris inside the units. The visits seem to get shorter each year, usually only 15 minutes long to check the two systems and pretty skimped checks, so it feels overpriced.
