Thermo Twin Windows

This isn’t my first time using ThermoTwin, and it won’t be my last! If you live in the Pittsburgh-metro and don’t use them you are missing out. Their team is incredibly talented, efficient, and very courteous. They arrived around 8:30a and finished around 2:30p. All three doors looks great, well installed, and great attention to detail. Considering these points, and the fact that they use the same doors as other companies you see on TV, you’ll save money for equal or better outcome. Thank you to the entire ThermoTwin team who worked on our project today!

I replaced all 20 windows in my house. My experience with Thermo-Twin was outstanding. The salesperson was helpful in selecting the exterior and interior colors for our new windows. We opted for a full install which meant we not only bought new windows but replaced the interior molding and sills. The match to the baseboard molding is perfect. The gentleman who did the final measurements was polite and courteous and the windows fit well so he obviously did a good job. The installers were prompt, on time and finished the job in three days which is what I was told it would take. They were very respectful of the property, inside and out. They put down mats and plastic sheeting throughout the house to protect the carpeting and hardwood floors. Even though two of the days were very cold

We recently had Thermo Twin replace all windows in our home. The experience was perfect from the initial sales call through the final installation. The windows were replaced with new construction windows which also required all inside window trim to be redone. The installation team was very talented and did all work with the professionalism expected from a quality contractor. We recommend Thermo Twin to anyone looking to replace their existing windows at a reasonable price.

Ralph and Logan from Thermo Twin did an excellent job installing my sliding glass door today. They were very thoughtful in clean up and attention to details. I’m very pleased with their work and I highly recommend these guys.

Thermo-Twin did a great job installing my windows. The installers arrived promptly, worked quickly, and left the areas as clean as when they arrived. Everyone I dealt with, from the sales rep to the installers to the receptionist, was professional, friendly, and pleasant. Highly recommended.
