We recently had a leak in our home and were concerned about the possibility of mold. We called AirSciences for an assessment, and Daryl came to our house. He was fantastic—incredibly thorough, performing visual inspections, and taking various measurements. Throughout the process, he took the time to explain everything he was looking for and what his findings meant in a clear and understandable way. after receiving other quotes, we chose to go with AirSciences not only for their pricing and warranty, but their quality service, which is hard to find these days. It was nice to meet the owner for our initial quote and day of service. In late February 2024 Before closing on a Property, the Realtor Johanna Mulholland for Residential Properties (Buyer’s Realtor) offered to meet with her recommendation for. Free Mold inspection in the basement by Dave Gould. They were to come to the Property in my absence since I could not be present on short notice from my Employment. Needless to say, still waiting since 2/2024 for a list of things and products to use and remediiate the issues as a a DIY suggested by Dave. . Text messages, voice messages, and emails have now not been returned. Dave said call his Office Manager: no response. It leads me to believe he nor the Realtor came to do do any type of free mold inspection. . No report and never any response or instructions. Fast forward to 11/29/2024, decided to go to the Basement
