Review of AirSouth -West Jackson, MS Our experience with AirSouth, despite ultimately canceling our contract and installation, was surprisingly positive overall. From the initial contact on June 11th to the resolution on June 19th, dealing with their customer service and the owner, James Sinclair. Firstly, it took several phone calls to coordinate the cancellation and the return of equipment, which could have been frustrating. However, every interaction with AirSouth's team, including technicians, the finance department, the call center staff, and Mr. Sinclair himself, was remarkably pleasant and professional. James W. (the technician that serviced my HVAC) is simply outstanding. Firstly, I appreciate the 24/7 call professional service line which is not akin to other suchlike companies from my past. Secondly, it took three consecutive days with three different technicians..., but AirSouth didn't stop until my heating unit was repaired and safe for usage.
