Outstanding service from Hunter and staff. Hubter went out of his way to get me a great deal and even helped load my truck without being asked. Very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to explain everything clearly. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Cowboy Maloney’s to others.

I was shopping for a washer and possibly a dryer. I was greeted near the door by Hunter. We discussed my needs and wants, tub sizes, brands, prices, rebates, financing and delivery. Hunter was personable, knowledgeable and professional. I took advantage of 24 months interest free financing and look forward to delivery of my new appliances.

My dishwasher recently stopped working. I went to Cowboy Maloney. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I went back again and talked with Hunter who helped me decide on a model that would fit my needs. I also liked the fact that they told me if I could wait they were having a sale that would save me money. How considerate! I am supposed to get my dishwasher on Friday! I had visited Lowe’s in Meridian on 2 separate occasions trying to get an oven delivered to my home, both times they didn’t show and never called. My husband made multiple calls to their store and was met with the usual Lowe’s attitude of no help. I went into Cowboy Maloney and was immediately helped by a salesman, he showed me several options and was honest about the delivery situation so close to Thanksgiving. I bought the stove in hopes of finding a way to get it delivered. Another store employee asked about my situation and was very kind to help me. He was able to take his lunch break and deliver my oven the same day! I was so pleased with the caring service that I found at Cowboy Maloney. It will be my only choice for appliances in the future. I had been without a dryer for a few weeks and finally decided to purchase a new one and not try to keep repairing the old one. I walked into Cowboy Maloneys and had a new dryer delivered 30 minutes after I walked out of the store. It was the fastest and least painful appliance purchase I have ever made. I won’t go back to a big box store when I can get this kind of personal service at Cowboy Maloneys.
