My neighbor recommended Airstream HVAC, and I am glad they did. Kevin from Airstream adjusted his schedule and at my home within 30 minutes from my call. While he did offer to repair my older unit, for peace of mind I inquired about replacing the outdoor Condenser unit. This was completed same day during 104-degree outdoor temps. Kevin and his assistant inspected all other existing components of our A/C system to ensure compatibility and longevity. What I appreciate about Kevin is that he specializes in AC, that he is exceptionally honest, and that he does not try to unnecessarily upsell an entire system replacement unless truly needed (unlike other large corporate multi-category home repair services I had used before).

I was referred to Kevin on a late Friday afternoon/ early evening. I ran a screw through my HVAC gas line in the wall and needed someone to assist me in repair. Kevin dropped what he was doing at 5:00 and came out to provide me with exceptional service. He went far and beyond to make the repair and ensure the HVAC unit was operating as should be. He talked me along his repair the entire way, letting me know what each step does, and made sure I was very happy with what he was doing. I highly recommend AIRSTREAM HVAC and will continue to utilize him from here on out.

My AC stopped working while my husband was out of town, which was pretty stressful for me, since he usually deals with these sorts of things. A company came and gave me a quote for around $1000 (labor only). Then I called Kevin and told him exactly what was wrong (according to the first company’s quote) and asked how much he would charge. It was much more fair and affordable, but he also couldn’t give me an exact number without knowing what kind of AC unit I have. So I said I’d climb up in the attic to look at it. My heat had been going out off and on for a few weeks and I had another company that I had contracted with to do routine maintenance on my unit come take a look at it two different times. Charging me for both times and the issue still wasn't fixed. I reached out to Kevin Mower and he came the very next day spent over an hour taking my unit apart to find out what was wrong and told me my company I had contracted with to do maintenance hadn't even cleaned it. He made sure he cleaned it and it was in working order before he left and checked in on me after to make sure it was still working. It is so nice to find an HVAC company that really cares about their customers, does honest work for a fair price, and checks in on their clients. Can't recommend Kevin enough!!

Fantastic! I usually don't do reviews, but this company was exceptional. Kevin, the owner, answered the phone immediately and was at my home 30 minutes later. He gave me a quote to replace my air conditioner. It was quite a bit less than a quote I had received from his competitor. Kevin also explained the benefits of adding a heat pump. There was no pressure, just letting me know it was an option. Even with the heat pump it was thousands less that the previous quote. The air conditioner and heat pump were professionally installed a few days later. This is the way to run a business! Thanks Kevin!!!
